T-George Paris Iron Workers Scholarship

Aloha…I am deeply grateful for the Iron Worker Scholarship I received during my undergraduate studies, which played a pivotal role in my academic journey. This scholarship allowed me to pursue my dual bachelor’s degrees in Nursing and Biology without the overwhelming financial burden that often accompanies higher education. The support I received not only eased my own concerns but also provided my family with peace of mind, enabling me to focus entirely on my studies and personal growth. It is truly humbling to have been entrusted with this opportunity, which has profoundly shaped my educational path. 

The impact of the Iron Worker Scholarship has been far-reaching, guiding me toward a fulfilling career in healthcare. Today, as I pursue my doctorate in critical care nurse practitioning, I carry with me the values of hard work and dedication that this scholarship instilled in me.
